I got to keep this lovely mold of my very own teeth today after a stop at the dentist. Another addition to the cabinet of curiosities perhaps?

I've been packing for my move on Thursday morning into Peabody.

When college begins (I hope to do these things)-
-Check out and maybe join The Philadelphia Photo Arts Center
-Visit more gallery spaces and inquire about having shows
-Sell at every First Friday
-Visit an adviser about doing a double major in Psychology and studying abroad
-Begin going to shows affiliated with Haverford to start contributing to Schmuck Zine
-Find a yoga group at Temple
-No meat and at least 50% raw foods in meals
-Buy a digital video camera towards winter break
-Check out The Piazza on Sundays

There are a handful of good events coming up in the next two months-
Wed 9/23 - Marjane Satrapi @ Philly's Free Library
Fri 9/25 - Health / PicturePlane / Tickley Feather @ First Unit Church
Mon 9/28 - Faust Workshop @ International House
(I downloaded Faust IV after Alex's thrill about them and woah, what an opportunity this really is)
Tue 10/13 - Hope Sandoval (from Mazzy Star) & The Warm Inventions (members from My Bloody Valentine!) @ Sanctuary of The First Unit Church
Sun 10/18 - Broadcast / Atlas Sound / The Selmanaires @ The Sanctuary Of The First Unit Church

Thurs 10/22 - Leonard Cohen @ The Wachovia Spectrum (got good seats!)

They wouldn't give me my mold when I asked.

Check out Stockbridge Fine Art Print (319 A N. 11th St., 4th Floor). They do large format printing, and have great shows on First Friday - the kind of things you do. Who knows? It could work out.

I hope the double major and study abroad plans work for you. Sounds like a busy next couple of months!
