I went over to Nichola's yesterday. We got far stitching the hair patches together and ate spinach, spaghetti, edamame, and I tried raw cow's milk. In the evening we went to a Bikram yoga class. The class went for an hour and a half and was in a room that reached over 100 degrees. There were only four people in the class including Nichola and I. There were 26 poses and we did each one twice. I am a bit sore all over today, but that is expected with the first class. I want to do it again and want to look for yoga clubs at Temple now.
While I was babysitting tonight I watched the movie Mermaid (Rusalka), a modern Russian film about a girl who moves to Moscow and falls in love. The story wasn't too great, but it was visually very pleasing, lots of wine reds and grass greens against saturated yellows. Also the title "Rusalka" is important to the story for the translation being "mermaid" doesn't suffice and loses meaning.
