A short ciao from Rome

Alex on a street in Rome
Bridge across the Tiber river on the way to school
Temple Rome's building
Alex and I wandered into a park last night that was very dark, almost pitch black at times. We aren't sure of the park's name or the exact location right now, but there were beautiful moments like the above.
Alex's first real Italian cannoli from a Cafe' nearby our apartment
All in all so far we have been walking a huge amount, drinking cafe' a lot (pure espresso), attempting to speak Italian to natives for directions (getting lost), dealing with orientation, eating yummy gelato, gnocchi, pesto, and pasta with vodka sauce, and going to the market for fresh, cheap produce.

But more to come soon!

Hi Sasha, I know...Italy can be really expensive!
I actually don't know vintage shops in Rome cause I have never been shopping that much there, but I know they have quite good ones...and I know you have flea markets, some are listed here http://tinyurl.com/6go3stm

But you should try to contact my friend Vivian at www.stylebizarre.com...she lives in rome and she surely knows all the best places to shopping!
