Gators! I could use some Florida. I could use some sun. I spent the whole day pestering editors to make sure their contributors' notes were correct. Then I typed up fifteen pieces. Stared at this damn computer 'til I saw spots. You made me feel so lazy yesterday!
Thank you, Miss. I work at it, but it takes six months just to know I've failed, when the rejection letters come back in the mail. It makes me feel like I'm not doing enough, even if I'm working at it for an hour or two each day.
I wouldn't say your life revolves around pressing shutters. You have to find a spot, check the light, develop or edit the shot. A lot more goes into it than simply sitting in a loft, crossing out lines.
Plus, you know, you have a social life. Haha. I need to commit to mine, stop being so damn reclusive. Today, I'm gearing up for a bike ride with a friend. It's sunny. Two birds, one stone.
